PROJECT BRIEF:
Design a series of posters that inform your audience about your object.
MY TAKE:
There are many ongoing debates when it comes to the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes. More than 30 states in the United States are in favor of allowing its use, but there is also a large and growing number who use it recreationally. This poster series explores the heated arguments of its pros and cons of legalizing marijuana for medicinal uses with the juxtaposition of the issue of Prohibition. It was quiet of a challenge trying to distribute the text across the space, but with the use of a scanner, a psychedelic type design was created which helped on the relocation of the text.
WHAT I LEARNED:
Blending modes are a livesaver and many happy accidents can arise through the process.
